Requesting Make-Ups + Cancellations
Just another quick reminder that RFSS has a NO REFUND POLICY in order to respect our instructors time and effort. If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please reach out to admin via email. We are allowing up to three makeup lessons in place of non-emergency cancellations. Please let our staff know of any non-emergency cancellations at least 72 hours in advance. Makeup lessons are not guaranteed if you fail to notify us in time.
Request Make-Up Lesson
GROUP LESSON
At this time, requests for makeup group lessons must be emailed directly to admin @ info@rainbowfishswimschool.com. Group lessons cannot be managed through the customer end of Captyn via "request a move," but we will be happy to help you on the back end.

Go to the My Registrations section

PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE LESSON

​4. Click on the manage button
5. Then, click on the enrolled tab to view your classes

6. To move a class, click on the move button below the class description
7. Filter the classes to find a new offering that works for you

8. Click submit request
**Admin will get back to you in 24-48 hours**

Cancelling a Lesson

7. Fill out reason for cancellation and then submit request
